As a deeply spiritual person, Ellie considers spirituality and energy work to be a personal and sacred dimension of the human experience. As such she regards one’s spirituality as a uniquely defined concept, and she approaches her spiritual work with an open mind and open heart. She simultaneously encourages clients and students to explore and integrate their spirituality in a way that is personally meaningful for them.
As a practitioner and on-going student of metaphysics, Ellie approaches energy work as an extensive study of the self. Just as she encourages her clients to continuously explore and integrate their spirituality in all areas of life, Ellie too considers herself to be a life-long learner. To date, her studies include both ancient and modern yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies and practices through the Yoga Loft and Mary Beth Nehl of Willmar, Minnesota, and she is registered at 500 Hour and E-RYT200 Hour Level; training in Reiki and the shamanic realms under the guidance of Denise Sheehan; and she also is a certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy provider, certified through Integrative Psychiatry Institute.
Ellie encourages clients to deepen their practice through various means of study, practice, and reflection. The ultimate goal of these practices is to assimilate the meaning of these personal truths into one’s daily life.
